The Progettidivini winery opens its doors for the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Festival.
Saturday 18 May, on the occasion of the 50 years of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Progettidivini decided to organize a special day in the cellar.
BLIND WINE TASTING
4 tastings will be organized:
– TASTING: 10 AM
– TASTING: 11 AM
– TASTING: 3 PM
– TASTING: 4 PM
In each of these it will be possible to taste the D.O.C.G. products of the Progettidivini winery: Zero, 1, 2, 3, 8.
Recognizing a wine with color, aroma or taste is complex, many consider it a true art. To guide guests in this experience, which involves all the senses, there will be an expert, who will reveal all the secrets to understand which wine is being tasted.

SHOW COOKING
For the lunch break the chef Daniele Bendati of the restaurant Oltre will be present in the cellar, which is innovating and renovating Bologna.
Progettidivini’s Prosecco Docg meets the famous Ragù alla Bolognese “Oltre alla Bolognese”, from the Bonverre line.
During the show cooking, the chef will also bring another dish, the vitello tonnato with anchovies from the Cantabrico sea.

The winery will be set up by M Arreda for the occasion.
