Methode of production
Soft pressing; we use only the first “ owered” must, fermentation in steel thermocontrolled vats. During the springtime after the harvest we do the second fermentation in autoclave steeltanks for the methode Charmat. The freshness of the product is guarenteed by the fact of adding the juice of moscato grapes, cooled all the year, to the basic wine before the second fermentation.
