Pale yellow with greenish hues.
Intense, fruity with hints of citrus fruits in particular lemon and citron. The floral dominating note is blossoming wisteria and acacia.
A good sour hue with a fresh taste, good body, pleasant to the palate, harmonic with an aftertaste that recalls citrus hues.
Methode of production
Traditional wine-making process with the primary fermentation occurring at a controlled temperature with selected yeast. The second fermentation (sparkling process) is done with Charmat method for 2-3 months.
